Bio

I'm married to my amazing wife Jenefer and we have and have 3 kids. I have been involved with spiritual practices since I was about 13 and I'm a traveling man. My focus lately has been Meditation and Zen Buddhism. I'm currently involved with the O_An zendo http://nittanydharma.org/o_an/ and I'm on a commity to help with the formation of Ahimsa Village http://www.ahimsavillage.org/ an intensional community in my area.
I also took up the responsibility of being in charge of marketing for our business Lotus Mobile Spa.
